1. Who these terms are with

MITHEUS (“Mitheus”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [Company legal name], [registered address], [company registration number]. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mitheus application and website (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What Mitheus is

Mitheus lets you describe a personal goal in your own words; an AI model then proposes and builds a small tool (forms, charts, calculations) for tracking that goal, and lets you log entries against it. Mitheus is a productivity and self-tracking aid. It is not medical, financial, legal or professional advice, and nothing it generates should be treated as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions with real health, financial or legal consequences.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.
  • You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mitheus to:

  • build or store content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • use automated means to create accounts or extract data at scale without our written permission;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content, our license

You own what you enter into Mitheus (your goals, entries, and the tools built from them). You grant us a license to store, process and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service to you. We do not sell your personal data. AI providers we use to generate and edit tools, and to answer chat questions, process the minimum data needed to do that (see the Privacy Policy).

6. AI-generated output

Tools, text and chat answers Mitheus generates are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. We validate the structure of what the model produces, but not its factual correctness for your specific situation. Review anything important before relying on it.

7. Fees

Mitheus has a free plan and a paid plan (“Pro”). New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial that needs no payment details. After the trial the account moves to the free plan, and nothing you created is deleted. The free plan limits the number of active tools and the monthly AI credits; Pro raises both. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not refund the current period [unless the law of your country gives you a right to a refund]. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. If we change our prices or the limits of a plan, we will tell you in advance and the change applies from your next renewal. If you delete your account, any subscription is cancelled at once and already-paid amounts are not refunded.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Mitheus available and your data intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with notice where practical. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitheus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and [Company legal name] is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under EU/Spanish consumer-protection law where it applies to you.
